How does Proklean’s services work?

• What are your payment terms?

Payment is usually due by the 20th of the month following invoicing. If you need other terms of payment please discuss these at the time of booking.

• What area do you cover?

The Auckland region and Hamilton areas.

• Can you provide emergency or urgent services?

Yes, providing it is safe to do so. Please note that after a major event such as widespread flooding we will need to prioritise clients with more urgent needs.

• What is your cleaning method?

Our specialist equipment fires high pressure water and cleaning solution into the area being cleaned and then extracts 95% of it. This method is very effective at extracting dirt and other materials.

• Can the chemicals you use effect my customers or staff?

All cleaning chemicals we use are as safe as the one’s you use at home. In cases where dangerous chemicals may be used it is done so in a safe and professional manner to ensure no harm to people or property.
